IBM Change Management & Learning Manager (US) - Bluewolf in San Jose, California
Bluewolf, an IBM company, is now seeking skilled Change Management and Learning Manager who is passionate about the implementation of products that users love. Our CML Manager has a unique blend of many talents and provides support to our customers as they implement new flexible technologies while also leading a team of CML Consultants focused on delivering effective Change Management strategies.
You will specifically be responsible for:
Builds, mentors and nurtures project team members, assigning responsibilities, directing workflow, monitoring progress and performing necessary follow-up
Inspires and engages teams to drive customer satisfaction and quality, ensuring defined metrics are met
Building long term trusted relationships with our clients and colleagues to ensure alignment with project goals, seamless execution and successful adoption
Identifying and defining appropriate and dynamic change management, communications, and training strategies
Managing, reviewing and developing change management, communications, training plans and collateral
Analyzes and identifies areas of risk and develops plans to minimize
Providing coaching support to customer management and executive management
Conducting training classes for a variety of audiences and coordinating E-learning initiatives

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Success in this role commands the following skills/experience:
Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Change, Teaching, Communications or commensurate experience in related field
8-10 years of experience in training and/or communications roles with 3-5 years’ experience directing successful, engaged team members
Strong knowledge of implementation and configuration of enterprise systems such as CRM, or ERP and familiarity with SaaS
Experience with instructional design and eLearning practices preferred and able to demonstrate facilitation skills
Able to discuss experience with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
Preferred Tech and Prof Experience
- Prior exposure to Salesforce specific projects strongly preferred
