Channel Sales Program Manager
Location: USA: Remote or in USA office location
As Channel Sales Program Manager, you are responsible for the implementation, execution and on-going management of many of the GTM global channel programs. You will work closely with the Nutanix channel sales, channel marketing and enablement teams and across our partner channel ecosystem to deliver these programs. Further, the position will be key in creating ROI analyzes, assessing current program effectiveness and making business recommendations on current and future channel sales programs.
-Implement and work with key stakeholders internally and externally with our resellers, GSI’s, MSP’s and OEMS regarding the rollout of the key channel programs.
- Work with key stakeholders across multiple disciplines and partners to determine new program structure and processes.
-Determine where process improvements can be made for existing programs and implement.
Create detailed analysis of effectiveness of downstream channel sales programs through our partner ecosystem.
Detailed reporting to determine cost savings and program effectiveness.
Strong working knowledge of resellers, distribution and multi-tier channel programs
Ability to partner with cross-functional groups to identify areas of improvement and implement policies that will help to improve programs and process.
Strong understanding of channel MDF programs and process
Detailed understanding of Salesforce.com and MS Excel.
Skills and Experience Required:
Must be analytical, with sound decision-making skills
Ability to implement processes and see them through to completion.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Proven project management skills with demonstrated ability to effectively manage cross-functional projects.
Education and Experience:
A minimum of 4 years’ experience developing and implementing complex channel programs and processes.
Experience in sales operations, channel marketing and enablement, channel MDF programs and program management.
