What You Will Be Doing
(THESE POSITIONS REPORT TO SAN FRANCISCO AND SANTA ROSA AND REQUIRE RELOCATION OR A COMMUTABLE DISTANCE)
We are a fast growing firm focused on emerging companies in the cannabis industry. We are seeking experienced applicants for our corporate practice and are particularly interested in candidates with prior "big law" experience working with start ups and established businesses.
This vacancy is for our San Rosa and San Francisco office and we are seeking a Corporate Associate with at least 5 years of relevant corporate experience, particularly representing emerging growth technology companies through all stages of their life-cycle including day-to-day counseling through direct interactions, negotiating and advising capital financing's, negotiating strategic transactions and acquisitions. Candidate should be able to handle deals independently from start to finish. The candidate must have a strong desire to be a direct contributor in a dynamic and collaborative working environment.

We want an energetic and creative problem-solver with superior interpersonal and client-management skills. Strong academic credentials are required and preference is given to candidates with major law firm experience.
