Requirements: What you get to do every day: -Respond and follow up on technical help tickets submitted via phone, email, and walk-ups -Provide IT support for Windows, Microsoft Office, and a variety of other applications used internally -Configuring a variety of devices including laptops, iPhone/Android and printers -Configuring and troubleshooting SharePoint service applications, including Search and Excel Services, User Profiles, Workflow Provisioning and configuring SharePoint solutions, features, sites, workflows, web parts, and master pages. -Independently investigate and implement solutions to technical issues What you bring to the role: -Experience installing and configuring Windows OS, networked and local printers, and business applications -Software installation and upgrading of Office 365 (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and AutoCAD as well as upgrading computers with the latest AntiVirus -Windows 7 administration and bug fixing in an Active Directory environment -Excellent problem solving skills in Microsoft Office applications -Basic TCP/IP networking concepts (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and VPN) -Experience with IT support ticketing systems Please add me on LinkedIn as I update my status with our new job orders!
