As a Business Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading business metrics / KPIs across the ENB. You will be a data architech, connecting cisco backend systems and enable visualizations to communicate key metrics and state of the business in QBR, LRSP and weekly reviews. You will be working closely with the BE leads across switching, wireless, routing to understand their BI needs, drive metrics and execute on the strategy.
The business strategy team reports to the SVP Product Management, Enterprise Networking. We are a small team with get-it-done attitude and don't shy away from taking bold decisions to grow the business. You will work closely with product management teams, sales, finance and operations team to develop a well-thought out BI strategy.
You are a maverick who has a keen eye for detail and thoughtful, data driven approach to building hypothesis prior to drawing conclusions. You have the ability to lead through influence in order to get buy-in across the organization. You excel in transitioning from strategy formulation to execution, and can communicate your recommendations and plan of action in simple yet effective way to senior leadership.
5+ yrs experience in high-tech industry with experience around Business Intelligence, KPIs etc
Prior networking experience helpful
Strong analytical / business modeling / data visualization skills
Strong leadership, presentation and written / verbal communication skills
Excellent teamwork and people skills
