Armanino, LLP Experienced Staff Tax Accountant, Transfer Pricing in San Jose, California


  • Work with the international and transfer pricing tax teams on consulting and documentation projects

  • Great opportunity to work with firm leadership in international tax and transfer pricing and learn about new international tax landscape as law is being written in Congress

  • Conduct online research on tax and industry segments

  • Document issues and transactions

  • Prepare financial modeling for transfer pricing and tax projects

  • Develop tax planning skills

  • Develop administrative, professional and interpersonal skills to the extent of being able to organize, analyze and communicate in a productive and efficient manner


  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance or related discipline

  • Minimum of 1 year experience working in public accounting or similar environment

  • Minimum of 1 year U.S. experience in transfer pricing preferred

  • Must have the desire work 100% on transfer pricing projects

  • Knowledge of research tools, tax code and regulations

  • An understanding of tax standards

  • Knowledge of accounting theory and federal, state and local tax laws

  • Works effectively in teams

  • Demonstrates flexibility

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills

  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability

  • Adept in the use of computer software, including Microsoft Office

  • Practice discretion and discernment in dealing with client and Firm matters

  • Develop positive working relationships with Firm and client personnel
