What You’ll Do

-As a product line owner your responsibilities will span the entire product management lifecycle and include deep interaction with engineering, operations, finance, customers, and sales. Every day will be unique and your responsibilities will require you to apply your analytics and creative skills, and out-of-the box thinking.

-As a product line owner you will drive product definition and segmentation, customer engagements, pricing and forecasting, and product launch, revenue and profitability goals, while exploring new emerging uses cases including where Mobility intersects with IoT, and licensed with unlicensed.

-You'll help drive a dynamic business in transformation, and define new use cases, business models and market segmentations, as we navigate the ever-effacing wireless market enviroment. Cisco Enterprise wireless platform team is searching for a highly motivated, articulate and results-driven Product Manager to lead wireless platforms through the entire product lifecycle, including p

-Work with engineering, finance, MFG, supply chain, and marketing on new launches and manage and grow existing business

-Understand and learn the wireless & mobility portfolio from a business, engineering and operational perspective.

Who You Are

You will be the “quarterback” and CEO of your product line. This requires a high sense of responsibility and ownership. Applying business skills along with engineering and operational thinking will help you be successful on this role.. Specifically, here are some minimum requirements:

*Experience in high-tech industry with min. 3+ years of product management experience

*Strong leadership and communication skills

*Strong analytical / business modeling skills

*Engineering background highly desired

*MBA required, preferred from a top tier school

*Articulate, highly motivated, a critical thinker and problem solver that isn’t afraid taking ideas on paper and bringing them to life.
