Job Description
  • Setup and drive a structured Resource Management process that incorporates a long term outlook, annual budget, monthly adjustments and day-to-day budget transparency.

  • Evolve and drive the product development key decision process for new products.

  • Increase project management maturity by: Structuring the product/project planning framework Implementing a standardized Issue and Risk management process Regular 1-one-1’s with Product/Project leaders to manage the budge Pro-actively assisting, enabling and challenging the Project Leaders, Cluster Managers and Product Development Managers.

  • Drive, participate, lead & implement cross PMO projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management processes and further strengthen the means and methods of ASML.

Education
  • Requires a Finance/Business Bachelor's degree (or higher) or equivalent experience
Experience

Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in an international and complex environment providing Financial Program Support for product development

Context of the position

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT This position primarily works in an office environment. It requires frequent sitting, standing and walking. Daily use of a computer is required.
