We have the ability to: very quickly develop cost and schedule feasibility models; work with the client and their design team (if there is one) to tailor the program's cost and quality requirement to enable the project to proceed; and develop options complete with cost, schedule, quality and long-term serviceability.

What You Will Be Doing

Oversee the project management team for all construction related matters

Confirm scheduling adherence and keep track of variances before they cause major delays

Anticipate variances due to subcontractor, material or bureaucratic conflicts or delays and make recommendations in advance to avoid or mitigate such challenges

Work with team to share feedback and improve planning activities

Vendor performance ratings based on scheduling and standard of work - including coaching or recommendations for replacement as required

Managing materials, take-offs, budget accuracy and monitoring the quality of design and execution - making recommendations for change when needed

Interface with employees, subcontractors and customers when needed to ensure the construction process is a smooth and positive experience

Creating value by enhancing and solidifying our relationships with subcontractors, clients and employees on an ongoing basis

Collaborate with trade partners throughout construction process to improve quality and efficiency

Assist in resolving issues/conflicts related to daily construction activities (e.g., vendor contracts, work orders, job progress, design)

Authorize payment for materials received and work completed

Collaborate on the constant evolution of policies and procedures, workflow management, company standards and ideas for process improvement

Inspect/approve workmanship and product quality and report back to management and employees/subcontractors/vendors

What You Need for this Position

More Than 7 Years of experience and knowledge of:

Experience on in-fill type project sites

Experience on large-scale multi-family projects

Experience in four (4) to five (5) story wood Frame Construction

Elevated Podium Slab work

Pre-Cast Parking Structures

Deep Foundations

Underground Liner Systems - Detailed Planning Skills

Ability to Organize and Motivate People

Understanding of Technical & Mechanical Subjects

Decisive & Resourceful

Ability to Adapt to Change

Strong Work Ethic

Extensive knowledge of relevant computer technologies such as MS Word, Excel and Outlook
