As a Supervisor working on the Incoming and Packaging team, you will be empowered and inspired to do your best work. You will contribute to our mission by leading projects, reporting on key metrics, and working with the techs to meet daily goals/objectives. A typical day for you will include:
*Manage all daily activities across multiple departments.
*Manage KPIs and present on daily basis to management staff.
*Resolve issues associated within the department and with other affected departments. This will involve interactions with key personal from other departments.
Providing leadership to customer product repair lines by directing technicians in prioritizing activities and achieving daily output goals.
Monitoring the flow of work through the repair line(s) and take necessary steps to resolve repair problems.
Reviewing the work environment; consult with Engineering, Environmental Health and Safety and Quality about perceived problems and implement measures to assure safe working conditions.
Assuring the attainment of quality, cost and production targets, as measured by time schedules and work outputs.
Identifying training needs and assure repair staff is adequately trained in all areas of the repair process, in order to support business plans and ensure employee development. Implement effective solutions to resolve employee performance issues.
Dealing swiftly with customer issues/ complaints, by identifying the cause of the problem and resolving outstanding issues.

High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
Minimum of 5 years experience in assembly of precision instruments or related field.
Compliance experience, QSR (Quality System Repair), and MIL SPEC experience.
Previous supervisory experience.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of quality theory and Electro mechanical production.
Strong math skills.
Experience in a customer service environment.
Familiarity with current production and repair processes.

The Production Supervisor maintains responsibility for supervising endoscope technicians and their work processes to achieve production/ repair plans, quality and delivery targets, and documentation of production activities, while improving safety, ergonomics and processes. The incumbent will manage and train production technicians to meet safety, quality, production and cost goals.
