What You'll Do
You will be responsible for program management for Edge, conducting weekly meetings, managing and tracking action items and managing customer meetings. Stakeholders include, engineering, program management, support, services, manufacturing and members of the customer and / or account teams. You will be implement an Aglie process management, tracking on open items to closure.

We would like to see a bachelor’s degree and the PMP certification. Experience at Cisco would be preferred. Experience managing large projects with multiple locations, geographies.
You will lead / drive programs through Cisco’s CPDM gate commits using an Agile approach.
You will facilitate / run core team meetings, provide and drive communications across multiple stakeholders, drafting and publishing highlights & notes.
You will track release requirements & user feedback to closure.
You will also track and manage to successful resolution outstanding program issues and escalated project issues to minimize or avoid adverse impact to success. Create and maintain program Actions / Issues log, update weekly.
