Community Health Systems Hospitality Suite Partner - FTE 0.5 - Varied in Watsonville, California
Under the direction and supervision of the Director of Nutrition and Food Services, the Clinical Nutrition Manager and/or Dietitian, and the Hospitality Suite Lead, this person functions under minimal supervision. The Hospitality Suite Partner provides direct meal service to patients in a friendly and efficient manner. Obtains feedback from patients regarding their food and service to quickly resolve reported problems. This person takes pride in their work at all times. Must be fast, accurate, and efficient in the distribution and collection of patient menus. Must deliver patient menus in accordance with preprinted diet sheets and appropriate diets. Must be able to utilize the double identification system when delivering patient trays. Must collaborate with management to improve the quality and food service provided to patients.
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Experience: Hospital Food Service preferred.
